A 12,000-pallet frozen storage facility was paying for ice it didn't need. We rebuilt the suction-pressure setpoint logic, sequenced the screws against measured load, and installed M&V per IPMVP Option B. Capex: ₱4.2M. Annualised saving: ₱14.8M.
