We don't have juniors. We don't have account managers. We have a roster of seven independent senior engineers — Certified Energy Managers, ISO 50001 lead auditors, mechanical PEs — who take on projects under the Low Carbon Guru name when the work matches their bench.
Each associate is named in your SOW. There is no "team of consultants" — you get the engineer below, on the day, on the phone.
23 years across power generation, industrial process heat and cold-chain. Ex-head of energy at a top-3 PH food manufacturer. Runs the Fractional CEM book.
17 years. Built the EnMS at three PSE-listed manufacturers from gap analysis to certification. Trains internal auditor cohorts.
22 years in industrial refrigeration and high-temp heat pumps. Specifies, doesn't sell. Has commissioned ammonia, CO₂ and HFO plants across SEA.
Engineer-turned-statistician. Builds the IPMVP regression models and EnPI dashboards. Will pick a fight about your normalisation variables.
19 years. Hotels and BPO campuses, mostly. The chiller-plant whisperer; once cut a Makati hotel's bill 31% with no capex.
Built sustainability disclosure programmes for two PSE-listed groups. Knows where the SEC's 4-2019 has teeth and where it's still bark.
We're not a marketplace. Associates aren't subcontractors we mark up. Each is a co-principal: they vote on which work we take, they share margin on what they deliver, and they put their name in the SOW. If your project doesn't have an associate willing to own it, we won't sell it.
Your SOW lists the human doing the work. No "team of consultants" with a partner you'll never meet.
Associates set their own day rates. We add a transparent practice fee — disclosed on the SOW.
If we don't have the right associate for your sector, we'll tell you and refer out — even though it costs us the engagement.
We don't grow past nine associates. The senior-only constraint is the entire product.
Each associate's work is reviewed by another every year. Findings are written down. We've removed people for it.
We open the bench when an associate retires or a sector gap opens. Currently we'd consider: a senior process engineer with food & bev experience, a buildings PE with hospital portfolios, or a sustainability lead with Scope 3 supply-chain reporting depth.
